Turning complex human behaviour into clear product decisions.

I plan and run research for digital products, mobility and emerging technologies — especially when the evidence is messy and the product decision needs to be clear.

Mobile parking app for professionals

Mobile product · Usability research

I evaluated the end-to-end parking flow with professional drivers, exposing comprehension gaps that broad usability scores alone would have missed.

Autonomous mobility experience

Research programme · Service experience

I connected evidence across the full passenger journey — waiting, boarding and travelling — to prioritise information, feedback and accessibility requirements.

Research approach

Research becomes valuable when evidence changes what a team does next.

I work across the full research cycle — from framing questions and preparing protocols to running sessions, analysing evidence and presenting prioritised recommendations. The process adapts to each project's context while keeping the path from question to decision clear.

  1. 01Frame

    Start with the decision

Clarify the product question, align the people involved and define evaluation criteria, constraints and a practical research protocol.

  2. 02Study

    Observe the real context

Choose and combine methods around the people, product and environment — from interviews and observation to usability testing, surveys and workshops.

  3. 03Translate

    Make evidence actionable

Synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence into usability findings, design criteria and prioritised recommendations for the team.

Profile / 03

About

Research grounded in how people actually behave.

I am a UX and product researcher with five years of experience across digital products, mobility services and emerging technologies. I am often the person turning a broad product question into a study the team can run — and evidence the team can actually use.

My work moves between mobile apps, virtual assistants, in-vehicle experiences, applied human factors and AI-supported research workflows. A background in Ergonomics keeps me interested in the gap between what people say and what they actually do.
